Pour the lingonberries into a medium bowl and rinse lightly under running cold water, while sorting through the berries with your hands and throwing out overripe or spoiled ones. After that, we shift the cranberries into a colander and put the container in the sink. Meanwhile, pour ordinary water into a clean saucepan and put on a large fire. After the liquid boils, immediately turn off the burner, and pour over the berries with boiling water. Then set aside the cranberries to dry.

Now put the lingonberries in portions into the blender bowl and grind at medium speed until puree for 1 minute.

Step 2: prepare lingonberry jelly.

Pour the ground lingonberries from the blender bowl into a free medium saucepan and fill it with purified hot water. Put on medium heat and bring the jelly to a boil. As soon as the drink boils, with the help of kitchen tacks, immediately remove it from the stove and filter 2 times through a sieve into another clean saucepan.

After that, pour sugar into the container, mix everything well with a tablespoon and put the jelly back on the fire less than average. While our jelly is boiling, we dilute the potato starch in a glass or in a bowl of cold water until smooth.

When the broth begins to boil, we introduce starch liquid into it in a thin stream and at the same time stir everything with a tablespoon. Bring the drink to a boil for the last time and immediately after that turn off the burner. Holding the hot pan with kitchen mitts, pour the lingonberry jelly into a free cold pan and cover it with a lid. Set aside to infuse the drink for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3: Serve lingonberry jelly.

Kissel turns out moderately sweet and moderately sour. At the same time, when a drink is prepared, lingonberries lose a minimum of their beneficial properties. Pour lingonberry jelly into bowls or glasses with the help of a scoop and serve to the dessert table. But you can treat children and adults with such a drink along with sour cream or homemade cream.

Enjoy your meal!
