Ingredients

  • 70 g butter
  • 4 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 1 apple
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 5 tbsp. l. wheat flour
  • ground cinnamon as desired

Preparation

1. Pour granulated sugar into a deep bowl and drop a piece of soft butter.

2. Now you can beat the butter and sugar with a mixer or rub it well with a spoon.

3. Beat a fresh chicken egg into the sugar-butter mixture and start mixing. You can stir with a spoon or whisk.

4. The mass should become more or less homogeneous. If the oil is too cold, you can put the bowl in a water or steam bath and stir continuously so that the egg does not curdle.

5. Now pour oatmeal into a bowl. One way to speed up the process is to pre-fill the flakes with a small amount of boiling water (50 ml), then they will swell very quickly.

6. Pour sifted wheat flour into a bowl.

7. Wash and grate a fresh apple on a coarse or fine grater without affecting the core.

8. Mix all products thoroughly. If you did not pour boiling water over the oats, then you need to let the cookie dough sit for a while so that the oatmeal absorbs moisture and becomes soft.

Using wet hands, form small balls (3-4 cm in diameter) from the prepared mass and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. From the specified amount of products I get two trays of oatmeal cookies.

Step 1. In a separate container, mix oatmeal, sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla.

Cinnamon helps increase blood flow due to its pungency and promotes weight loss, like most spices.

Step 2. Grate the peeled apple on a fine grater.
