How to make honey cookies quickly and easily

Beat eggs with sugar.

Slowly pour oil into them.

Add cinnamon and dissolved baking soda.

Add flour.

The dough should be medium soft. If you use more flour, the cookies will hold their shape better, but they will turn out harder. Therefore, it is necessary to find a “golden mean”.

As always, chance helped, I came across just such a simple, fast and tasty cookie recipe and executed exactly in this form. Now I’m sharing what I did

For cooking honey cookies we need the following products:


Honey - 3 tablespoons without top (100 gr.)
Sugar - 100 gr.
2 eggs
Butter - 100 gr.
Flour - 350 gr. (2 full cups of flour (250 g cup)

Baking powder - 2 teaspoons

Preparing cookies with honey:
