All ingredients are laid out in the mold in stages: first the meat, then the onions, potatoes, sauce and cheese. Each of the points has its own characteristics, so now we will look at step by step instructions creating a delicious dish. To prepare you will need:
  • Potatoes – 1.2-2 kg;
  • Any meat – 350 g;
  • Onions – 2 pcs.;
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 120 g;
  • Hard cheese – 200 g;
  • Vegetable oil - for shape;
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
Take the potatoes and rinse them well under water. Then remove the peel. Rinse the potatoes again and place them in a pan of water. Take out one potato and cut it into circles of medium thickness (about 3 mm). Place the chopped potatoes in water to prevent them from darkening. Chop the remaining vegetables in a similar way. You can chop the onion any way you want, as long as you don't cut it too coarsely. Then chop the second onion and place all the chopped onions in a separate container. If you wish, you can also chop some carrots - they will go well with the onions. Take the cheese and grate it on a grater with round holes. Then place the resulting shavings in a separate container. It is recommended to wrap it in cling film to prevent the cheese from chapping. Take vegetable oil and grease the mold or sheet with it. It is recommended to use a kitchen brush for this. Place the meat on the bottom of the sheet, place the onion on top, then add pepper and salt. If desired, you can add other suitable seasonings (dried herbs work well) and garlic. Sprinkle the dish with cheese shavings and place the pan in the oven. The dish will take 40-60 minutes to prepare. From time to time, look into the oven and check its readiness. The potatoes and meat should be well baked, and the cheese should be melted and covered with a golden crust. When ready, remove the pan from the oven using oven mitts.   1. Process the meat: wash and dry on a paper towel.
  2. Place the wings in a suitable container, sprinkle evenly with pepper, salt and spices and mix well. Leave the chicken in this state for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and grate them using a large grater.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  5. Wash the potato tubers thoroughly, peel and cut into cubes.
