The cooking technology is very simple, as it includes only a few simple processes - you need to peel and grate vegetables, prepare minced meat, lay out the ingredients in layers in a mold and bake in the oven. In order for the casserole to have a golden brown crust, 15-20 minutes before it is ready, you need to sprinkle it with hard cheese.
For the casserole, you can take zucchini of any degree of maturity, and young fruits don’t even need to be peeled or the center removed. In addition to potatoes and carrots, you can also cut ripe tomatoes into thin slices, as well as salad peppers into strips.

  • Sour cream – 200 g.
  • Salt, spices - to taste

  • Vegetable oil - for frying

1. Wash the zucchini and remove the tail from the stalk. If you have a young vegetable, then you do not need to peel the skin. Grate it on a coarse grater, pour it into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 15 minutes to release excess liquid.


2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry on greased vegetable oil frying pan for two minutes until translucent.

3. Add the minced meat to the onion, fry for another five minutes, stirring all the time until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Salt and sprinkle with seasonings. Bring to half-ready.
