  • Young zucchini – 2 pcs.;

  • Tomato paste without sugar – 1 tbsp;

  • Coarse or sea salt - ½ tbsp.;
  • Fresh tomatoes – 1-2 fruits;

  • Any greens – 100 g;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;

  1. All components: cut both meat and vegetables into cubes.
  2. Now pour a little oil into a heated frying pan and fry the onion, then add the chicken and carrots. Fry for a short time, literally 10 minutes. Don't forget to salt the roast.
  3. Place the roast in ceramic pots, then add the zucchini, bell pepper and finally the tomatoes, season everything with spices, also add a little more salt, fill ½ container with broth or water. We close the pots with lids and put everything in the oven.

  • Boil in salted water until tender chicken breast or turkey fillet (0.45 kg) cut into small slices.
  • In a separate cup, mix ½ tbsp. kefir 1% with low-fat cottage cheese (120-150 g) and finely chopped dill until sour cream.
  • Now we take 2 peeled young zucchini, 2 fresh tomatoes and 1 large bell pepper, with the seed core removed, and cut them into thin circles and rings.
  • We also need low-fat hard cheese (30 g), which should be finely ground.
  • Place the lasagna:
    - place a layer of salted zucchini circles on the bottom of the oiled multi-cooker bowl,
    - then pepper,
    - curd mass,
    - meat filling,
    - and then tomatoes and cheese.

We add a little salt to each layer so that the resulting lasagne is not overly salty or, on the contrary, bland. We set the “Baking” program, the timer for 80 minutes and wait for the lasagna to finish cooking.

Fried zucchini according to Dukan

  1. Take a small young zucchini (1 piece), wash and cut into 5 mm thick slices, then add salt and fry in oil (35 ml) until tender.
  2. Place the fried zucchini on a napkin to remove excess absorbed oil.

  • We clean young thin zucchini (0.3 kg), cut into circles, then add salt to taste and fry until golden brown.
  • For dressing, mix crushed garlic (3 cloves), salt (¼ tsp), 1 tsp. 9% vinegar, 35 ml olive oil and 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill.
