Ingredients

For the test: 300 g flour, 15 g yeast, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 100 ml water, sugar, salt.

For filling: 70 g hunting sausages, 70 g champignons, 200 g tomatoes, 90 g spinach, 60 g cheese (any), 1 bell pepper, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons olives, rosemary (chopped), salt.

Cooking method

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough, place in a warm place for 30 minutes until it rises.

Peel the champignons and cut into thin slices. bell pepper cut into small cubes.

Wash the spinach, blanch it, place in a colander, drain and chop coarsely. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Roll out the dough into a circle and place in a greased pan. Place the filling and sprinkle with cheese. Leave to rise for 7 minutes.

1. For pizza you will need a lot of delicious hard cheese. From 200 g of cheese, cut approximately 120 g into thin slices.

2. Grate the remaining cheese on a fine or coarse grater. Use your favorite variety, salty, fresh or sweet, with spices and herbs.

3. Rinse the ripe, juicy tomatoes thoroughly and cut into thin slices. It is better to use tomatoes from your own garden - they are sweeter and more juicy. But in the absence of options, even frozen circles will do.

4. Wash and wipe the hunting sausages dry, cut into thin slices.

  4. Mix the viscous and elastic dough, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for half an hour.

  6. We clean the bell pepper from the stalk, core and seeds, and then finely chop it.
  7. Cut the sausages into small slices.
  8. Chop a bunch of green onions into thin rings.
