Pharmacokinetics

Distribution: vitamin B 1 is distributed in all tissues. About 70-80% of vitamin B 6 in the human body is distributed in the muscles, about 10% in the liver, and the rest in other tissues. Metabolism: Vitamin B1 is highly metabolized in the liver and its main metabolites are thiamincarboxylic acid and pyramine.

Pyridoxine and priridoxamine are phosphorylated by pyridoxal kinase and then converted to pyridoxal 5-phosphate by a flavin-dependent enzyme. Free pyridoxal is cleaved by alkaline phosphatase, hepatic and renal aldehyde oxidase, and pyridoxal dehydrogenase.
